Year 12 students

To apply to study with us, you may need to either apply through VTAC first or directly to us.

Applying through VTAC

For the February intake only, you should apply through the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC). Online VTAC applications open in August for commencing in the following year. You can apply through VTAC if you are:

• an Australian citizen
• an Australian permanent resident
• a New Zealand citizen
• an international student completing high school in Australia*
• a temporary resident currently studying an Australian Year 12* or International Baccalaureate in Australia or New Zealand.

*For example: VCE, VCAL, HSC, NTCE, QCE, SACE, TCE, WACE.

Contact VTAC for more information about the application process. After the VTAC process is complete, you can apply directly to La Trobe College Australia.

Applying directly to La Trobe College Australia

You can apply directly to us if:

• choosing our June or October intake, or
• the VTAC rounds have closed for the February intake, or
• selecting to study at La Trobe College Australia only, or
• wanting to study at La Trobe University Sydney Campus.
